Gazebo and Garden House
Clemson Downs has a delightful area with a gazebo and garden house with restroom facilities. The gazebo is available for social events and private parties (private parties must reserve the gazebo one week in advance. CLICK HERE to download the reservation form). The garden house facility will only be available during reserved events and private parties. It will be locked at all other times and will be closed during the winter.
Dining Facilities
CDPOA members can dine in the Clemson Area Retirement Center (CARC) dining hall for lunch any day. Reservations should be made the day before. Breakfast is $12 and lunch is $14. Sunday & Holiday meals are $17. Call the CARC office at 654-1155, extension 219 and ask for Gabby if you have a large party. Tickets can be purchased from the recptionist in the CARC Administration office, Building C.
In the evening, Clemson Downs offers The Bistro, a popular spot located in the Dogwood Room, adjacent to the main dining room, where you can enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine while enjoying a freshly made sandwich. The Bistro is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 – 7 p.m. and is a great place to relax and socialize with friends! No reservation necessary unless you plan a large group.

Wellness
Members of CDPOA can use the Wellness Center and Exercise Facility for a small fee. Classes available include:
- Cardio and Strength | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am in the basement of the Corley Center
- Seated Cardio | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 1:15 to 2:00 p.m. in the basement of the Corley Center
- Putting Practice | Tuesday and Friday at 2:00 p.m. on the Putting Green near the Health Care Center
- Chair Yoga | Every Tuesday, 10:30 am in the basement of the Corley Center.
Clemson Downs Wellness Memberships are available for individuals and for couples. Pricing is:
Individual
$30 for 3 months, $55 for 6 months, $100 for one year
Couple
$55 for 3 months, $105 for 6 months, $190 for one year

Physical and Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
If physical or occupational therapy is recommended by your doctor and covered by insurance, you can schedule therapy through Genesis Rehabilitation.
