On October 7th, Clemson Downs POA will be making a presentation to City Council regarding the problems and damage that occurred at The Downs from the heavy rains this summer. The session will be at 6:30 and can last up to an hour before their regular session begins at 7:30. This information will also help the City as they start working on a Storm Water Management Plan.
In order to help our presentation, we need to know how homes incurred damage. If you sustained any damage due to run-off of water, please send me your name and an estimated cost of damages. I will need this information by Monday, September 30th. This information will be compiled into one presentation.
