The seven-member elected Board of Directors of the Clemson Downs Property Owners Association (CDPOA) meets the second Tuesday of every month at 2:00 pm. Meetings will be held in the Bistro area of the CARC Dining Hall. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact one of the board members or committee chairs ahead of the meeting. We encourage your active participation in our association. If the time or date of the meeting changes, we will notify residents via email.

We also hold an informational meeting each September or October and an annual meeting each December to elect board members, approve a budget, review the events of the past year, and get your input into your concerns and ideas for the following year. We have standing committees — social, communication, architectural review, and common property — and are always looking for people to pitch in with phone calls, property management, and caring for our members as new people join our community.
