The seven-member elected Board of Directors of the Clemson Downs Property Owners Association (CDPOA) meets the second Tuesday of every month at 2:00 pm.

CARC property remains closed with no definite date for reopening.  Consequently, we will not able to hold our regular monthly meetings at the Corley Center for some time to come.  Our only options at this point are to meet via Zoom or at our Gazebo, observing the eight-person limit within the structure and social distancing for all including those outside.  Of course, if we have bad weather, that option is off the table.  It is our hope that we will be able to meet at the Gazebo each month until CARC meeting rooms are available again because that will allow homeowners to attend even though they will have to sit outside. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact one of the board members or committee chairs ahead of the meeting.

When we are able to resume in-person meetings, we will once again meet in the large meeting room of the Corley Center. POA members are always welcome to attend those in-person meetings. We encourage your active participation in our association. If the time or date of the meeting changes, we will notify residents via email.

We also hold an informational meeting each September or October and an annual meeting each December to elect board members, approve a budget, review the events of the past year, and get your input into your concerns and ideas for the following year. We have standing committees — social, communication, architectural review, and common property — and are always looking for people to pitch in with phone calls, property management, and caring for our members as new people join our community.
