The seven-member elected Board of Directors of the Clemson Downs Property Owners Association (CDPOA) meets the second Tuesday of every month at 2:00 pm in the small conference room at the Corley Center. Visitors are always welcome, and we encourage your active participation in our association. If the time or date of the meeting changes, we will notify residents via email.

We also hold an informational meeting each September or October and an annual meeting each December to elect board members, approve a budget, review the events of the past year, and get your input into your concerns and ideas for the following year. We have several committees–social, communication, architectural review, and common property–which are always looking for people to pitch in with phone calls, property management, and building community as new people join our community.
